Delete Local App Data

SMS Manager is designed as a local-first SMS app. SMS messages, contacts, reminders, tags, OTP information, local financial insights, and app settings are stored on your device by default.

You can delete local app data by:

Redwert cannot delete local-only data from your phone remotely because it is not stored in a Redwert account.

Request Deletion Of Feedback Or Support Data

If you submitted feedback or contacted Redwert support, you can request deletion of feedback or support records controlled by Redwert.

Email your deletion request to contact@redwert.com.

To help us find the correct record, include any details you can:

Anonymous Feedback

SMS Manager does not require users to create an account. If feedback was submitted without an email address or other identifying details, Redwert may not be able to locate one specific record. We will delete records that can reasonably be matched to the information provided in your request.

Data That May Be Kept

Some limited records may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, service operation, or dispute handling.

Technical logs may also be retained for a limited period to protect the app and backend services. These logs are not designed to store SMS message bodies, contacts, OTPs, merchants, amounts, or extracted SMS content.
